★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina giovedì 28 settembre mi sono recato alle 10 e 30 presso lo spaccio della latteria la casaticese per comprare 3 confezioni di grana padano, 1 per me e 2 commissionatemi, premetto che il grana venduto alla casaticese è un ottimo prodotto. Giunto all'entrata, la porta di ingresso era chiusa, mi sono accertato dell'orario e il cartello recita martedì giovedì e sabato aperto dalle 8 alle 12:00, non un gran servizio di vendita al cliente, ma ci si adegua.
Visto che non c'era nessun cartello che segnalava la chiusura e tantomeno il motivo chiedo informazioni all'ufficio di fronte.
Entrando esordisco con Permesso e Buongiorno senza ricevere nessun riscontro ne' verbale ne' visivo con l'impiegato che era davanti al computer, dopo pochi secondi passa davanti a me una signora/signorina che naturalmente senza salutare va a spegnere un dispositivo di allarme attivato.
Chiedo a questa, 'GENTILE' signorina se lo spaccio è chiuso e lei mi risponde, con atteggiamento misto tra infastidito, innervosito e spazientito .. Eh ma non vede... e io chiedo scusi ma il motivo... e lei...... Eh non vede siamo impegnati.....
Se questa è la gestione di un punto vendita
per la vendita al pubblico........
A volte un buon prodotto in mani sbagliate fa una brutta fine.
Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza.
This morning on Thursday 28th September I went at 10.30 am to the dairy shop la casaticese to buy 3 packs of grana padano, 1 for me and 2 commissioned, I state that the grana sold to casaticese is an excellent product. Once at the entrance, the entrance door was closed, I checked the time and the sign reads Tuesday Thursday and Saturday open from 8 to 12:00, not a great sales service to the customer, but we adapt.
Since there was no sign indicating the closure and much less the reason I ask the opposite office for information.
Upon entering I begin with Permit and Good morning without receiving any verbal or visual feedback from the employee who was in front of the computer, after a few seconds a lady / young lady passes in front of me, who of course goes to turn off an activated alarm device without saying goodbye.
I ask this one, 'GENTILE' miss if the shop is closed and she replies, with a mixed attitude between annoyed, nervous and impatient .. Eh but she doesn't see ... and I ask excuse me but the reason ... and her .. .... Eh do not see we are busy .....
If this is the management of a store
for sale to the public ........
Sometimes a good product in the wrong hands ends badly.
