★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovato casualmente, questo caseificio si è rivelato una buonissima sorpresa. Non solo tanti tipi di formaggi da provare, ma anche salumi prodotti da loro stessi. Personalmente consiglio la ricotta mista pecora/vaccina.
By chance, this dairy turned out to be a very good surprise. Not just many types of cheeses to try, but also cold cuts produced by themselves. I personally recommend the mixed sheep / cow ricotta.
