Sono riusciti a risolvere per me una situazione complicata causata della inefficienza e scorrettezza di altra officina a cui mi ero dovuta rivolgere trovandomi fuori zona. E non solo sono stati bravissimi a trovare la causa del guasto ma mi hanno anche aiutato a far valere la garanzia e a farmi risparmiare una grossa cifra!
Marcello, Daniele and Stefano Latini are people of rare kindness and professionalism. Over the course of many years I have always found in them a reliable and solicitous point of reference. They managed to solve for me a complicated situation caused by the inefficiency and incorrectness of another workshop to which I had had to contact since I was out of the area. And not only were they great at finding the cause of the breakdown but they also helped me enforce the warranty and save me a big amount!
