Ho chiesto il rimborso che il titolare mi ha mandato dopo pochi giorni, ma è rimasto bloccato per cause che ignoro fino a che ho fatto la segnalazione telefonica a pay pal ed è stato sbloccato. ( Il titolare dice a causa di paypal che a volte trattiene le somme di rimborso). Ad alcune mail mandate non hanno proprio risposto. Invito a lavorare molto di più nell'assistenza al cliente. Spero che il prossimo acquisto vada meglio. Product ordered and never arrived due to postal loss. Pity! I was unable to take advantage of the article which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I asked for a refund that the owner sent me after a few days, but it was blocked for reasons that I don't know until I made the telephone report to pay pal and it was unblocked. (The proprietor says due to paypal that he sometimes withholds refund amounts). Some emails sent have not really responded. I invite you to work much more in customer service. Hope the next purchase goes better.
