Cerchi di acquistare un articolo su Amazon pagando anche 6€ di spedizione per un pacco che pesa 280 grammi e.. invece di spedirtelo, ti ricattano per altri 10€ di spedizione con la scusa che Venezia è una “zona disagiata” e che il corriere costa di più. Peccato che da quando vivo e ricevo pacchi quotidianamente dall’estero, qui nessun corriere ha mai che chiesto un sovrapprezzo. Questo è un pieno esempio di come non fare il servizio clienti: lasciare il potenziale acquirente con un sapore in bocca di qualcosa di marcio, altro che dolce.

You try to buy an item on Amazon paying € 6 for shipping for a package weighing 280 grams and .. instead of sending it to you, they blackmail you for another € 10 shipping on the excuse that Venice is a "disadvantaged area" and that the courier It costs more. Too bad that since I have lived and received parcels from abroad every day, no courier here has ever asked for a surcharge. This is a full example of how not to do customer service: leave the potential buyer with a taste in their mouth of something rotten, other than sweet.

Il venditore si è rifiutato di accogliere il reclamo, pur avendomi addebitato 25 euro extra per il trasporto.
Giudizio più che negativo.
Parcel never arrived at its destination.
The seller has discharged the responsibility on the shipper (who provided an unsigned receipt document)
The seller refused to accept the complaint, despite charging me an extra 25 euros for transport.
