Stavolta devo soffermarmi su un'azienda che ha adottato una politica di vendita corretta e trasparente. Qualche anno fa ho acquistato un forno alogeno Larel su Amazon con risultati eccellenti perché a differenza di un forno tradizionale, quello alogeno esalta i sapori e mantiene morbide le pietanze e inoltre il forno Larel ha in dotazione un anello aggiuntivo che consente una frittura croccante e leggera. A maggio abbiamo deciso di acquistarne uno nuovo per la casa in campagna, naturalmente sempre della Larel. Per una decina di giorni lo abbiamo utilizzato con gli stessi ottimi risultati ma dopo che mio figlio adolescente in nostra assenza lo ha utilizzato, o male utilizzato abbiamo riscontrato un problema nel funzionamento. Ho telefonato in azienda sperando di potere ricevere il pezzo che si era guastato la risposta è stata davvero inattesa...ho ricevuto dopo meno di 24 ore un forno nuovo senza richiesta di reso. Funziona tutto bene tranne lo sportello del forno che resta aperto, assistenza pessima, non rispondono ai messaggi e per chiamate sono sempre vaghi. Mi ritrovo con una cucina a gas praticamente che consuma il triplo (stando sempre aperto il forno) e per niente efficente. 400 euro buttati bella spazzatura, meglio il cinese sotto casa onestamente Bad experience, I bought a faulty gas cooker most likely from the factory.
