Per oltre un mese e mezzo non hanno saputo darmi visibilità di quando sarebbero arrivate manifestando problemi di caricamento della richiesta verso la società di nolo. Esasperato mi sono rivolto ad un altro gommista che ha inserito la richiesta davanti a me in circa 45 secondi con successiva approvazione della società di leasing in mezz’ora. Pessimo servizio dovuto principalmente alla latitanza di un back office indegno di questo nome.
I have a rental car. I booked the winter tires in October 2019. For over a month and a half they didn't know how to give me visibility of when they would arrive showing problems loading the request to the freight company. Exasperated, I turned to another tire specialist who entered the request in front of me in about 45 seconds with subsequent approval by the leasing company in half an hour. Bad service mainly due to the inaction of a back office unworthy of this name.
