Poi non sento più nessuno ed il lunedì scrivo io e mi rispondono che martedì mattina è già occupato, se mi va bene giovedì mattina è libera: confermo. Martedì pomeriggio non avendo avuto riscontro alla conferma li contatto nuovamente: sorpresa, mattina già occupata ! A questo punto lascio perdere: incompetenti e inaffidabili. A S.Bartolomeo al M. E Diano Marina alla fine ho trovato tutta un'altra professionalità. Sconsigliato.
Saturday I book half a day for Tuesday through the website, they reply that they do not have availability in the afternoon but in the morning; I confirm for the morning. Then I don't hear from anyone anymore and on Monday I write and they answer me that Tuesday morning is already busy, if it's okay, Thursday morning is free: I confirm. On Tuesday afternoon, not having received confirmation, I contact them again: surprise, morning already busy! At this point I give up: incompetent and unreliable. In S.Bartolomeo al M. E Diano Marina in the end I found a whole other professionalism. Not recommended.

Mi hanno chiamato un’ora prima dell’appuntamento per ritirare la barca prenotata con mesi di anticipo per dirmi che a causa un di guasto è saltato tutto. 15 di agosto con ospiti in arrivo. Ho chiesto di trovarmi un’alternativa, mi hanno risposto che non è il loro lavoro e di arrangiarmi.
Blubay, agenzia di fianco, super professionali e disponibili si sono sbattuti per trovarmi una soluzione.
Gli incidenti possono capitare ma la professionalità sta nel riuscire a gestirli e ad accontentare un cliente.
For the second year in a row, I was made fun of. Zero professionalism and zero interest in satisfying the customer. They called me an hour before the appointment to pick up the boat booked months in advance to tell me that due to a breakdown everything went wrong. August 15th with guests arriving. I asked to find me an alternative, they replied that it is not their job and to make do.
Blubay, an agency next to it, super professional and helpful, went out of their way to find a solution for me.
Accidents can happen but professionalism lies in being able to manage them and please a customer.
