If you don't want to work on Saturday, that's fine ..... but take Saturdays out of the opening hours. 100km to see the structure ... closed. mah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da maggio 2018 ad oggi,mi sono state sostituite le ante della cucina Ginevra perché si aprivano. Le ultime sono state sostituite il 15/07/2019 e il22/07/2019si erano di nuovo aperte. Il prodotto è stato acquistato da Mondoconvenienza. Li ho appena contattati ed ho fatto presente che farò una denuncia se non verrò rimborsata. Prodotto super scadente.
From May 2018 to date, I doors of the Geneva kitchen were replaced because they were opening. The last were replaced on 07.15.2019 and il22 / 07 / 2019si were open again. The product was purchased by Mondoconvenienza. I just contacted them and I pointed out that I will make a complaint if I am not refunded. Product super poor.

Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza prima telefonicamente poi via mail.....
NON CI HANNO DEGNATO DI UNA RISPOSTA POSITIVA O NEGATIVA CHE SIA.... e la cucina è ancora ferma in azienda.
Pessima esperienza da non ripetere.

WE HAVE NOT DENIED US A POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE ANSWER WHETHER .... and the kitchen is still standing in the company.
Bad experience not to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato ci avevo comprato 2 cucine, a qualità/prezzo ero rimasto soddisfatto. 2 mesi fa ho richiesto il preventivo per un'altra cucina ma i tempi per averlo sono stati biblici.. quando poi l'ho avuto e ho chiesto delle modifiche è passata un'altra settimana abbondante. Avrei voluto tornare allo show room per definire il tutto ma nessuna risposta. Sembra che non abbiano tanta voglia di vendere al privato, se per comprare bisogna stargli dietro preferisco andare altrove e premiare chi lavora con più entusiasmo. Peccato.
In the past I had bought 2 kitchens there, at quality / price I was satisfied. 2 months ago I requested a quote for another kitchen but the time to get it was biblical .. then when I got it and asked for some changes, another good week went by. I would have liked to go back to the show room to define everything but no answer. It seems that they don't really want to sell to private individuals, if to buy you have to keep up with them, I prefer to go elsewhere and reward those who work with more enthusiasm. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina Landini 11 anni fa ad un ottimo prezzo. La cucina ancora è bella e funzionale anche se qualche segno dell'età comincia a vedersi. Ho cambiato qualche cerniera che aveva perso l'ammortizzazione sempre con l'aiuto puntuale della ditta che ha saputo consigliarmi anche delle semplici regolazioni quando non era necessario cambiarle.
I bought a Landini kitchen 11 years ago at a great price. The kitchen is still beautiful and functional even if some signs of age are beginning to show. I changed some hinges that had lost the cushioning always with the timely help of the company that was able to advise me even on simple adjustments when it was not necessary to change them.
