E	Elena Petrucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo partire da Roma venerdì 7 febbraio in tarda serata dopo il lavoro , premetto che quando è stata effettuata la prenotazione, ho scritto alla struttura dicendo che saremmo arrivati dopo cena e sembravanon ci fossero problemi. Invece, Qualche ora prima della partenza mi ha contattato la proprietaria dicendo che dovevamo arrivare con la luce del giorno , erano già le 17 praticamenteimpossibile!!! Le ho risposto che per noi era un problema, perchè stavamo lavorando e inoltre da Roma per arrivare sul posto sono 200 km di strada ! Mi ha risposto che la prenotazione era nulla e che dovevamo cercare un altra sistemazione. Cosi abbiamo fatto. Mai successa una cosa del genere. Inoltre ci ha detto che dopo le 20 non si può uscire dal luogo . Ho pensato fosse un convento!!! We had to leave Rome on Friday 7 February in the late evening after work, I state that when the reservation was made, I wrote to the structure saying that we would arrive after dinner and there seemed to be no problems. Instead, a few hours before departure the owner contacted me saying that we had to arrive with the light of day, it was already 17.00 practically impossible !!! I told her it was a problem for us, because we were working and also from Rome to get there are 200 km of road! He replied that the reservation was void and that we had to look for another accommodation. So we did. Such a thing has never happened. He also told us that after 8pm you can't leave the place. I thought it was a convent !!!

Pulizia si potrebbe fare meglio, cortesia e disponibilita' proprietari al top. Stufa a legna efficientissima. Great quiet and isolated place ... a few km of dirt road from the main asphalted road. Cleaning could be done better, courtesy and availability 'top owners. Very efficient wood stove.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è veramente carino, in mezzo alla campagna. I cani non danno assolutamente fastidio. I padroni sono simpatici, di origine inglese. Il locale è ben riscaldato, con una grande stufa a legna che alimenta i caloriferi. Ci sono tante cose utili: il caffè, l'olio, lo zucchero...così non devi portarteli da casa. Un problemino però è la pulizia: nel piano rialzato ci sono due letti che stanno sul pavimento: abbiamo prelevato i lenzuoli per preparare la branda del soggiorno e abbiamo notato che non erano pulitissimi. Poi sul fornello c'era una pentola con dentro pasta ammuffita. Lo spazio non è ben organizzato: anzichè una branda, nel soggiorno-cucina potrebbero mettere un divano-letto. Comunque, considerato il prezzo molto concorrenziale...va bene così! The place is really nice, in the middle of the countryside. Dogs don't bother you at all. The owners are nice, of English origin. The room is well heated, with a large wood-burning stove that powers the radiators. There are so many useful things: coffee, oil, sugar ... so you don't have to take them from home. A small problem, however, is cleaning: in the mezzanine there are two beds on the floor: we took the sheets to prepare the living room bed and we noticed that they were not very clean. Then there was a pot with moldy paste on the stove. The space is not well organized: instead of a cot, in the living room-kitchen could put a sofa bed. However, given the very competitive price ... that's okay!

s	stefania barbagli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio Manchester Terrier , un cane MOLTO particolare e poco conosciuto in Italia L’ho lasciato alla pensione per circa 10 gg Devo dire che all’inizio ho avuto qualche dubbio per la quantità di Cani presenti Ma ho ripreso il mio cagnolino in forma , felice e la cosa più sorprendente ….come rieducato !! Sono grata a questo posto ❤️ I brought my Manchester Terrier, a VERY particular and little known dog in Italy I left him at the pension for about 10 days I must say that at first I had some doubts about the amount of dogs present But I got my little dog back in shape, happy and the most surprising thing… .as reeducated !! I am thankful for this place ❤️

S	Smith Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay for a family in close proximity to Arezzo . Kids loved the animals especially the puppies. Apartments are nicely set up with all you need and hosts very helpful. Would recommend.
