Simply saying TOP would be an understatement ...... I want to tell you my experience, in October 2020 I decide to send my steering box (bmw 3 series f31), I contact them, they explain the whole procedure to me, and ... the first surprise, they do not even want a deposit, they trust their word (in the face of those who speak ill of the boys of the center / south)! I send the piece, the courier passes at around 13, the next day at 9.30 the phone rings, it was them, the box has arrived, sir and can be revised, shall we proceed? Yes obviously! It was Tuesday, Thursday I reassembled the box, paid to the courier, perfect package, clean piece, perfectly overhauled. I leave again, no noise but .... noooo some lights come on, I contact them, they explain to me how to solve, I try but nothing, I keep calling and they keep answering and looking for solutions, but nothing, the only thing is to review the box, and then I ask if I can go directly with the car, answer, it would be even better, ok. We make an appointment, yesterday morning at 4:30 am I leave, at 8:00 am I am in front of the gate, the technician arrives and starts looking for the problem, it is 5:00 pm but nothing, it is not possible to program the control unit, but at the end after a thousand attempts I see the technician smile and ..... tac everything solved, I start again, everything works, 350 km of tests without problems! A yes, you are wondering who knows how much it cost you? Well, I won't tell you the price, but believe me a little (if Landi wants it he writes it in the answer, I won't tell you for fairness and respect for the workshop). Thanks a lot to C. and G.
