Una persona deve avere la possibilità di trovare la sua concessionaria Ford Battipaglia aperta anche di domenica visto che nelle pubblicità si dice aperti tutto il mese di maggio e vieni a trovarci anche sabato e domenica è allora perché non è così !!ciao Antonio !! M	Marcello Braione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare... Al banco il ragazzo addetto, è poco cordiale sotto ogni aspetto e poco disponibile. Ho portato un paio di volte la macchina per il tagliando e assolutamente sì sono mostrati incapaci a risolvere un problema di perdita olio a cui avevano attribuito alla tenuta di un paraolio degli iniettori. Sostituito lo stesso, la perdita ha continuato a mostrarsi attribuendo il problema ad altra causa... Si ma intanto l'intervento al paraolio sugli iniettori si è mostrato una inutile spesa, che si sono guardati bene dal non farmi pagare ugualmente... Essendo un plurumarche, ho chiesto un preventivo di lavoro per un intervento su un'auto di altra marca che con una scusa hanno rifiutato a farmi. Varie volte sono andato a prenotare la macchina di cortesia, non presente, con l'accordo di essere avvisato al rientro della stessa per poter portare la mia da tagliandare ma assolutamente non sono mai stato contattato pur avendoli richiamati a chiedere spiegazioni sul tempo di attesa mostrandosi vaghi e infastiditi. Mettendo le mani dove non richiesto, hanno fatto solo danni e per poco non ho fuso il motore. Dopo che si sono tenuti la macchina un sacco di tempo, aspettando il pezzo che secondo loro era il problema, alla fine il pezzo non è arrivato e non era neanche la causa del problema!!! Quando gli ho esposto questo non se ne sono fregati proprio, senza neanche dire scusa. Niente! Maleducati e disonesti. Salvatevi, non andate! The worst place I have been. Disonestissimi!
