Facendo due conti ho usufruito, fino ad oggi, fra andata e ritorno casa/ospedale, circa 1500 volte del trasporto in ambulanza. L'esperienza è tuttora penosa. Continui ritardi e non voglio scrivere qui quali sono le giustificazioni della Centrale. Fermo restando la cortesia e professonalita degli autisti mi chiedo come mai sia possibile, con le tecnologie attuali, non riuscire ad organizzare dei semplici trasporti di routine peraltro già prenotati con largo anticipo. Cambierà? Ormai , visto che va per le lunghe, credo di no. I have been on dialysis for five years and use the ambulance service every other day. Doing the math, I have used, up to now, between round trip home / hospital, about 1500 times of ambulance transport. The experience is still painful. You continue delays and I don't want to write here what the justifications of the Central are. Without prejudice to the courtesy and professionalism of the drivers, I wonder why it is possible, with current technologies, not to be able to organize simple routine transport which has already been booked well in advance. Will change? By now, given that it goes for long, I think not.
