Ho comprato la stufa nel mese di ottobre 2019 siamo nel gennaio 2020 e la stufa presenta seri problemi nell'accensione e nel funzionamento... dopo diversi interventi ancora la questione non è stata risolta avendo anche contattato un tecnico. Sinceramente sono
Rimasto molto deluso anche perché vi posso assicurare che non è una stufa molto economica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una stufa a pellet a Luglio per farmi trovare pronto durante l’inverno esperienza da dimenticare!!! Segnala continuamente allarmi insensati durante l’accensione, si spegne all’improvviso e non funziona la programmazione!
Il loro tecnico certificato di zona è intervenuto diverse volte ma in 7 mesi non sono stati in grado di risolvere i problemi!
Il prodotto NON funziona, l’assistenza NON funziona, il prezzo è quello di una stufa di alto valore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da 5 anni una stufa idro modello Elisa. Posso affermare che mi ha dato tantissimi problemi di cui l'ultimo proprio oggi. Si è rotto il vetro, lo start di accensione e la ventola del motore.
Sono molto rammaricato. Si tratta di un prodotto pessimo che non consiglierei di comprare a nessuno.
I have bought an Elisa model hydro stove for 5 years. I can say that it has given me many problems, the last one of which just today. The glass, the ignition start and the engine fan broke.
I am very sorry. This is a very bad product that I would not recommend buying to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avendo ancora letto tutte le recensioni negative, purtroppo ho acquistato una loro stufa a gas. Ogni volta che tento l’accensione, la fiammella comincia a vibrare e fare rumore, mentre il pannello rimane spento. Solo se soffio sulla fiammella ‘impazzita’, essa smette di vibrare e fare rumore, e poi si accende finalmente il pannello. A me non sembra una procedura normale per accendere una stufa a gas. Loro non sanno cosa rispondere, difatti non mi hanno piú risposto. Prodotti ed azienda da evitare.
Having not read all the negative reviews yet, I unfortunately bought their gas stove. Every time I try to ignite it, the flame begins to vibrate and make noise, while the panel remains off. Only if I blow on the 'crazy' flame does it stop vibrating and making noise, and then the panel finally lights up. It doesn't seem like a normal procedure to me to light a gas stove. They don't know what to answer, in fact they never answered me again. Products and company to avoid.

Gianluca.avevo bisogno perun problema 1 mese fa ad un termo che perdeva l' acqua e coe al solito mi dice adesso vedo perche' sono impegnato e' venuto dopo 4 giorni dicendo che poteva stringere il raccordo mio marito ma noi non abbiamo gli atrrezzi che ha lui io gli chiesto di levare il raccordo come ha sempre detto anche negli anni indietro non c' e' bisogno io ho insistito e lui dopo ha fatto uscire l' acqua dal termo e poi mi ha detto. Ricordati che ci vengono dele bolle nell' mpianto.infatti dopo dieci giorni dopo ha iniziato andare in blocco la stufa parecchie volte anche 2 volte al giorno.io lo chiamato e lui ha finche non finiscono le bolle andra sempre in blocco.ho chiamato un altra persona per la laminox e mi messo a posto il prema era da gonfiare il vaso d' espansione invece

Qualche pezzo ce lo hanno dovuto cambiare ma tutto in garanzia e in tempi veloci. Ottimo prodotto e ottimo risparmio economico
