Se prenoti ti fanno aspettare comunque ore in aeroporto. Si chiama servizio? Never again with them. You are forced to use this service because you don't know why there is no other alternative. If you book, they still make you wait hours at the airport. Is it called service?

Molto puntuali in partenza verso SUF (in caso di lieve ritardo avvisano tempestivamente), un po' meno in arrivo con ritardi anche di 40 minuti sullo stimato per cercare di accontentare tutti. Devo comunque riconoscere che la cosa mi è tornata utile almeno un paio di volte quando il mio volo è arrivato in ritardo e mi hanno cortesemente aspettato. Particolarmente loquace un addetto che mi ha risposto ieri al telefono a cui ho chiesto se fosse stata possibile una piccola variazione sul luogo abituale di prelievo. Mi sarebbe bastato semplicemente un si o un no ma l'addetto ha pensato bene di intrattenermi per alcuni minuti prospettando vari teatri che si sarebbero potuti presentare (macchine in doppia fila, ingorghi del traffico, difficoltà nel fare manovra) messo di fronte a una tale complessa prospettiva e non volendo assolutamente creare tutti questi problemi, ho chiesto di indicarmi un luogo di prelievo alternativo. La conclusione dell'addetto è stata che andava bene il punto che avevo richiesto non essendoci alternative migliori. :-) Used at least a dozen times, overall good service at a reasonable price. Very punctual in departure towards SUF (in case of slight delay they notify promptly), a little less on arrival with delays of up to 40 minutes on the estimated one to try to please everyone. However, I have to admit that it came in handy at least a couple of times when my flight was delayed and they kindly waited for me. A particularly talkative employee who answered the phone yesterday to which I asked if a small variation on the usual place of withdrawal was possible. A yes or a no would have been enough for me but the attendant thought it best to entertain me for a few minutes by suggesting various theaters that could have occurred (double-rowed cars, traffic jams, difficulty in maneuvering) faced with such a complex prospect and absolutely not wanting to create all these problems, I asked to indicate an alternative pick-up location. The clerk's conclusion was that the point I requested was fine as there was no better alternative. :-)

M	Marc Schudt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist abhängig welchen Fahrer man hat, habe ca eine halbe std auf ihn am Fahrzeug gewartet und hatte auf mich eher einen unfreundlichen Eindruck gemacht. Der zweite Fahrer zum Flughafen war allerdings sehr nett obwohl ich leichte Verständigungsprobleme hatte. Ansonsten war es ein fairer Preis von 25€ pro Strecke (ca 100km). Nächstes Mal gerne wieder. It depends on which driver you have, I waited about half an hour for him at the vehicle and made an unfriendly impression on me. The second driver to the airport was very nice, although I had slight communication problems. Otherwise it was a fair price of 25 € each way (about 100km). I'll be back next time.

Alcuni cose, ma non marginali, l'autista dovrebbe tenere la mascherina, avere un auricolare se vuole/deve telefonare... Ma sopratutto non deve scrivere messaggi... E SOPRATUTTO CON DUE MANI!! Efficient service especially considering the lack of alternatives to reach the Ionian coast. Some things, but not marginal, the driver should keep the mask, have a headset if he wants / has to call ... But above all he must not write messages ... AND ESPECIALLY WITH TWO HANDS !!

Dopo aver effettuato il pagamento vengo contattato tramite whatsapp con la richiesta di pagamento di 100euro nonostante sul sito il servizio venga proprosto a 25€. Mai più I had made the request for the Ionian coast from Lamezia Terme airport. Avevo prenotato per mia moglie e mi hanno risposto che il giorno prima mi avrebbero contattato per conferma e dettagli. Non lo hanno fatto, abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi e mi sento dire che visto che altri avevano disdetto io dovevo pagare invece di 25€ ben 120€. Dal modo di parlare del signore, cafone e arrogante, era come se chiedessero un "mazzetta". Vergogna!!! Dicono di offrire un servizio e invece, come leggo da altre recensioni, è un modo per estorcere soldi. Bisogna avere rispetto dei clienti e delle Donne soprattuto. Maldeucati per non dire altro... Not recommended! These people are the bane of tourism in Calabria. I had booked for my wife and they replied that the day before they would contact me for confirmation and details. They didn't, we had to call us and I am told that since others had canceled I had to pay 120 € instead of € 25. From the manner of speaking of the gentleman, peasant and arrogant, it was as if they were asking for a "bribe". Shame!!! They claim to offer a service and instead, as I read from other reviews, it is a way to extort money. We must have respect for customers and women above all. Maldeucati to say the least ...
