Specializzata nella lavorazione classica delle lamiere ma estremamente valida anche nelle lavorazioni 'speciali' come ad esempio i tagli laser o con getto d'acqua. ottimo anche il reparto di consulenza grafica che in poco tempo riesce a dare una risposta concreta alle idee dei clienti. La qualità e finitura dei prodotti è sempre di alto livello garantita dall'esperienza maturata negli anni e dall'inserimento delle nuove tecnologie a supporto del lavoro quotidiano. R	Raffaele S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a contattare questa ditta basandomi sulle esperienze degli utenti che decantavano la cortesia e la disponibilità (anche per lavori minimi) ma nel mio caso si vede che qualcosa è andato storto. Ho chiamato al telefono per sapere se potevano forgiare delle chiavi a caldo dal momento che qualsiasi ferramenta abbia visitato mi ha detto che non esiste il modello per la chiave che voglio duplicare. Al telefono la signorina molto gentile mi ha chiesto di inviare le foto per capire le tempistiche. La risposta via mail del tecnico è stata secca"NON FACCIAMO CHIAVI". Sicuramente c'è un problema di comunicazione interno ma lasciare la libertà ai tecnici di rispondere in maniera diretta e così maleducata non giova all'immagine della ditta. I tried to contact this company based on the experiences of the users who praised the courtesy and availability (even for minimal jobs) but in my case you see that something went wrong. I called on the phone to find out if they could hot forge keys since every hardware store I visited told me there is no model for the key I want to duplicate. On the phone the very kind young lady asked me to send the photos to understand the timing. The reply via email from the technician was dry "WE DO NOT MAKE KEYS". Surely there is an internal communication problem but leaving the technicians the freedom to respond directly and so rude does not help the image of the company.

Avrebbero potuto rifiutare il lavoro ed invece lo hanno accettato senza problemi. Comunicazione cordiale e veloce attraverso whatsapp, e lavoro eseguito in maniera perfetta ed in tempi rapidissimi. Fortemente raccomandati. I contacted them privately for a three piece job only (copper pickguard for electric guitar). They could have refused the job and instead accepted it without problems. Friendly and fast communication through whatsapp, and work performed perfectly and in a very short time. Strongly recommended.
