Una telefonata e un minuto dopo lo vedo arrivare con lo scuter davanti al portone. Un altro minuto ed ero in casa. Cordiale, prezzo super onesto, LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! Tempi di attesa minimi per la realizzazione e verniciatura di un'intelaiatura per una raffinata porta a vetri, con tempi di installazione ridottissimi in poco piú di 2 ore. Veloci e precisi. Bravi??!! Professional craftsmen like few others. Minimum waiting times for the construction and painting of a frame for a refined glass door, with very short installation times in just over 2 hours. Fast and accurate. Bravi?? !!

Mi sono recato presso quest'officina per far realizzare un mio progetto, un frame in acciaio con fori a tolleranza decimale per installare un armadio rack dentro un mobile... visto il tipo di progetto a dire il vero non mi aspettavo molta collaborazione, invece ho dovuto ricredermi, così ho conosciuto Antonio Vita, il titolare, che mi ha saputo consigliare i materiali e la lavorazione più idonei, lamierino piegato da tre millimetri, foratura a CNC e verniciatura a polvere, per un risultato al top! Ma la vera sorpresa è stata quando si è presentato l'inevitabile imprevisto, per via di un malinteso sul disegno tecnico che gli avevo fornito è stato necessario rifare una parte del telaio ed in queste circostanze generalmente il tutto si risolve in tempi e costi ulteriori, ma non in questo caso, Antonio si è dimostrato incredibilmente efficiente e disponibile, si è fatto letteralmente in quattro per risolvere il problema nel più breve tempo possibile e senza addebitarmi ulteriori costi, e non era scontato, visto che parte della responsabilità è stata anche mia perché al momento della verifica pre-produzione non mi sono accorto del problema. Quindi non posso che essere entusiasta, per il rapporto che si è instaurato e per i risultati ottenuti. In quest'officina ho trovato tanta esperienza messa a disposizione del cliente con grande professionalità, per ottenere un prodotto finito di qualità superiore, non potevo sperare di meglio! Super-consigliato... anche per lavorazioni particolari ;-) Not a blacksmith like many! I went to this workshop to have my project created, a steel frame with decimal tolerance holes to install a rack cabinet inside a piece of furniture ... given the type of project, to tell the truth I didn't expect much collaboration, instead I had to change my mind, so I met Antonio Vita, the owner, who was able to advise me on the most suitable materials and processing, 3 mm bent sheet, CNC drilling and powder coating, for a top result! But the real surprise was when the inevitable unforeseen occurred, due to a misunderstanding about the technical drawing that I had provided it was necessary to redo a part of the frame and in these circumstances everything is generally resolved in additional times and costs, but not in this case, Antonio proved incredibly efficient and helpful, he literally went out of his way to solve the problem in the shortest possible time and without charging me further costs, and it was not taken for granted, since part of the responsibility was also mine because at the time of the pre-production check I didn't notice the problem. So I can only be enthusiastic, for the relationship that has been established and for the results obtained. In this workshop I found a lot of experience made available to the customer with great professionalism, to obtain a finished product of superior quality, I could not hope for better! Super-recommended ... even for special processes ;-)
