Non è possibile che delle buone lenti progressive costino poco e purtroppo l'ho capito a mie spese. Mi è stato detto più volte che dovevo abituarmi ed io ci ho creduto. Ad oggi dopo 4 mesi non solo non mi sono abituata ma non è stato mai possibile leggere, per farlo devo ricorrere ai vecchi occhiali economici, gli occhi mi bruciano, sembra di avere un macigno sugli occhi. Sono arrivata a questa conclusione: diffidate quando vi propongono prezzi troppo bassi per occhiali progressivi. Non è possibile, non dovrebbero neanche permettere una cosa del genere. È come se vi proponessero una macchina nuova a 5000€.C'è da chiedersi dov'è la magagna? È proprio il caso di dire : aprite gli occhi ". S	Stefy De Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: mancanza di professionalità, serietà inesistente, personale poco cordiale e disponibile (ad eccezione della ragazza con i capelli castano/biondo e il signore con i capelli neri): mi sono recata più volte in questo punto vendita per l acquisto di lenti a contatto, vendute si a prezzi vantaggiosi ma in modo assurdo: ho chiesto di memorizzare la mia graduazione infinite volte al fine di poter effettuare l ordine telefonicamente, senza incappare in errori, ma non è stato mai possibile (ogni registrazione effettuata sul computer risultava la volta seguente inesistente); due volte sono stata avvisata dell arrivo della merce in sede e una volta lì, non trovando l ordine, hanno dubitato del fatto che fossi stata avvisata dai medesimi ammettendo il disguido solo dopo aver visionato il registro chiamate; un altra volta, ancora, m hanno consegnato il pacchettino con dentro le lenti a contatto di un altro cliente; l ultimo ordine s è concluso con un mese d attesa, in cui ad ogni mia tranquilla sollecitazione la risposta non è stata accompagnata dalla medesima tranquillità.
