★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo comprato degli occhiali da sole da 20€ ma mi sono durati meno di una settimana perché una stanghetta su é spezzata mentre li mettevo.Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma hanno detto che era colpa mia.Ho proposto di comprare da loro altri occhiali più costosi se mi scomputavano anche solo una minima parte dei soldi spesi coi primi che erano chiaramente difettati...macché...non penso mi vedranno mai più....non li consiglio s nessuno...
I had bought 20 € sunglasses but they lasted less than a week because a barline was broken while I was putting them on. I asked for explanations but they said it was my fault. I proposed to buy more more expensive glasses from them if I they even discounted a small part of the money spent with the first ones who were clearly defective ... but ... I don't think they will ever see me again .... I don't recommend them anyone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio caso sono deluso. Lenti progressive di scarsa qualità, si sporcano e si graffiano con estrema facilità, nonostante siano antigraffio. Ho fatto notare loro queste problematiche ma mi hanno liquidato rapidamente senza preoccuparsi del mio problema. Da trenta anni uso occhiali, queste le lenti peggiori.
In my case I am disappointed. Poor quality progressive lenses, they get dirty and scratched very easily, despite being scratchproof. I pointed out these issues to them but they quickly liquidated me without worrying about my problem. I have been using glasses for thirty years, these are the worst lenses.

Nella giornata odierna alle ore 16,00 circa si è recata mia moglie per l'acquisto di un paio d'occhiali.Pessima esperienza purtroppo,ha trovato in negozio un collaboratore Lama,indisponente,arrogante e frettoloso.
Conclusione: Acquisto rinviato ad altra giornata,sicuramente con personale più educato.
Consiglierei a chi assume,di fare selezioni più attente.
In May of this year I bought a pair of eyeglasses for myself, an excellent product at a good price, and kind and professional staff.
Today at about 4.00 pm my wife went to buy a pair of glasses. Unfortunately, a bad experience was found in the shop by a collaborator Lama, irritating, arrogant and hasty.
Conclusion: Purchase postponed to another day, certainly with more polite staff.
I would advise hires to make more careful selections.

Incompetent and arrogant staff, even if they make a mistake in providing the strength of a package of contact lenses, refuses to change it, citing the mistake to the buyer. Negative for me shop not to restock in the near future
