S	Sara Urso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio se non fosse per le commesse davvero scortesi, infastidite, arroganti che mettono in difficoltà ragazze giovani che non hanno mai fatto un acquisto del genere. Davvero poco disponibili e cafone nel rivolgersi ai clienti. Non consiglio gli acquisti in quel negozio, tanto ci sono altri negozi pandora a Taranto Nice shop if it weren't for the really rude, annoyed, arrogant shop assistants who make it difficult for young girls who have never made a purchase like this. Really little available and ignorant in addressing customers. I don't recommend shopping in that shop, as there are other pandora shops in Taranto

Cafonata incredibile per quanto mi riguarda sconsigliati My company and I had entered to buy a gift .. but without needing advice as we were choosing among the goods on display .. in summary we were "politely" put at the door in case someone else had to enter to ask the orders . Incredible rude as far as I'm concerned not recommended
S	Stefania D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio e vi vorrei raccontare cosa mi è accaduto: ho effettuato l'acquisto di uno charm e volevo che tale acquisto fosse caricato sulla tessera pandora che posseggo; purtroppo tanto non è stato possibile in quanto nonostante fornissi i dati anagrafici e l'indirizzo mail corrispondente pare che non ci fosse rispondenza e che non esistesse nessuna tessera con queste credenziali dopo numerose mie insistenze mi è stato annotato sullo scontrino la dicitura "caricare un punto" e sono stata invitata a tornare nella filiale presentare la tessera per procedere alla successiva registrazione dell'acquisto bla bla......commento il tutto dicendo che il personale che vi lavora non è all'altezza .... manca di professionalità e della giusta grazia chenon dovrebbe mancare al fine di non deludere le aspettative di un cliente che si reca in una filiale di un marchio che ha rinomanza nazionale. Un inciso non tornerò in questa filiale ne' per farmi caricare il punto tantomeno per fare acquisti e continuerò ad andare alla filiale presente alle Colonne di Brindisi dove mi sono trovata sempre bene e sottolineo il tutto dicendo che l'altro giorno dovendo fare un regalo e non potendomi recare fuori sede mi sono rivolta ad un altro marchio importante presente nella Galleria.Cordialita' I went to the shop and I would like to tell you what happened to me: I made the purchase of a charm and I wanted this purchase to be loaded on the pandora card I own; unfortunately it was not so much possible because despite providing the personal data and the corresponding email address it seems that there was no correspondence and that there was no card with these credentials after many of my insistence I was noted on the receipt the words "upload a point" and I was invited to return to the branch present the card to proceed with the subsequent registration of the purchase bla bla ...... Ho provato più volte a telefonare per chiedere informazioni che non ho avuto . Se non fosse per il negozio Pandora di Brindisi che mi ha risolto il tutto in meno di una settimana stavo ancora aspettando loro I went a month ago for an exchange, it wasn't available and they had to order it. Ho chiesto perché con una spessa di 100 euro era così scadente l involucro e la commessa s e arrabbiata le ho chiesto che minimo me poteva dare una borsa pulita visto che quella che me stava dando era tutta sporca. E lo ha fatto in cattive maniere....Servizio malissimo. Con i prezzi che hanno minimo la buona attenzione ⚠️ Even though such an important brand the staff were annoyed. I asked why with a thickness of 100 euros the wrapping was so poor and the saleswoman was angry and I asked her what at least she could give me a clean bag since the one she was giving me was all dirty.
