Nonostante il disguido da loro causato, volevano passare dalla parte della ragione dicendo che sono cose che capitano senza chiedere nemmeno una volta scusa per l'accaduto.

We brought a silk shirt and when we showed up for the pickup they couldn't find it (which happens), but the arrogance and rudeness that the staff showed was something unacceptable. Despite the inconvenience they caused, they wanted to take the side of reason by saying that these things happen without ever apologizing for what happened.
