★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il laghetto ed il parco pubblico sono amatissimi dai sandonatesi, la sua storia inizia nel 1955. Il 5 maggio di quell’anno i fratelli Manara ricevevano l’autorizzazione per la creazione di una cava a San Donato. Cominciarono quindi a scavare creando una conca ovale di circa 20 metri di profondità. La cava è rimasta chiusa fino al 2009 quando, grazie agli oneri di urbanizzazione privata della zona, fu realizzato il nuovo parco.
Oggi, il laghetto e’ un percorso ciclopedonale che ospita numerosi animali acquatici (cavedani, carpe, lucci e tartarughe), uccelli (germani, gallinelle d’acqua, aironi), lagomorfi (conigli e lepri) e roditori (topolini e nutrie)...questo piccolo specchio d’acqua e’ alimentato dalla falda freatica.
 The small lake and the public park are loved by the Sandonatesi, its history begins in 1955. On May 5 of that year the Manara brothers received authorization for the creation of a quarry in San Donato. They then began to dig, creating an oval bowl about 20 meters deep. The quarry was closed until 2009 when, thanks to the private infrastructure costs in the area, was made the new park.
Today, the lake is a pedestrian and cycle route that hosts numerous aquatic animals (chubs, carps, pike and turtles), birds (mallards, moorhens, herons), lagomorphs (rabbits and hares) and rodents (mice and nutria). ..this little body of water is fed by the water table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar ideal para dar una caminata con niños, puedes ver conejos, tortugas, patos. Hay un área de juegos y una cafetería-restaurante con comida muy buena y precios justos.
Ideal place to go for a walk with children, you can see rabbits, turtles, ducks. There is a games area and a cafeteria-restaurant with very good food and fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel parco con vista lago. Nel laghetto ci sono papere ,tartarughe, nutrie.
La sera ci sono troppi cani lasciati liberi senza guinzaglio.
Per i bipedi umani che hanno paura è un grosso problema!
Ci vorrebbe più controllo da parte dell'amministrazione e sanzionare invitando i padroni a portare i loro cani per lasciarli liberi nelle aree apposite.
A parte questo mi piace molto.
Nice park with lake view. In the pond there are ducks, turtles, otters.
In the evening there are too many dogs left free without a leash.
For human bipeds who are afraid it's a big deal!
It would take more control from the administration and sanction by inviting owners to bring their dogs to let them free in the designated areas.
Other than that I like it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laghetto molto grazioso, circondato da un recinto in legno, non è dunque possibile avvicinarsi all'acqua.
Lo troverete abitato da alcune anatre e oggi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere dei pulcini.
Lungo il percorso c'è un bar, accanto un'area gioco per bambini, con degli attrezzi anche per gli adulti che si vogliono allenare.
Una piacevole sosta in mezzo al verde con lo sfavillante luccichio del sole riflesso nel laghetto
Very pretty lake, surrounded by a wooden fence, it is therefore not possible to get close to the water.
You will find it inhabited by some ducks and today we were lucky enough to see some chicks.
Along the way there is a bar, next to a play area for children, with tools also for adults who want to train.
A pleasant stop in the middle of the green with the sparkling glint of the sun reflected in the lake

molto comodo da raggiungere. dalla metro di san donato milanese si prende il pullman 132 . si scende nella via europa poi si cammina verso questo laghetto.
this park is beautiful, I often go for a relaxing walk. there are some interesting animals. nice place to take some pictures. my girlfriend liked it a lot.
very convenient to reach. from the San Donato Milanese metro take bus 132. you go down in via europa then you walk towards this small lake.
