Aspettato mezz'oretta con diverse telefonate ma nn ha risposto nessuno né tanto meno ci hanno richiamato. Molto poco professionali e molto approssimativi. Ci rivolgeremo altrove....

Dopo un intervento chirurgico abbastanza serio con vari punti interni ed esterni nell addome decido di telefonare oltretutto non per me ma per mio marito...( prima di recarmi di persona e magari camminare per niente) E gentilmente dico buongiorno vorrei sapere se effettuate tagli da uomo e il costo... La risposta alla prima domanda nemmeno c'e stata.. dalla scorbutica signorina uscì questa frase
"Signora la titolare non c'e non posso dire prezzi per telefono arrivederci e chiuse!
Allora io vi consiglio vivamente di avere innanzi tutto più modo di rispondere al cliente perché non sapete chi ci può essere dietro la cornetta e il rispetto e la prima cosa!!!
Poi se il vostro listino prezzi e un segreto cambiate mestiere il cliente ha tutto il diritto se e impossibilitato a venire a telefonare e voi a dare le spiegazioni sempre se siete un attività in regola ! E con questo le auguro buona giornata anche a lei cara signora

(before going in person and maybe walking for nothing) man and the cost ... The answer to the first question was not even there .. from the grumpy young lady this sentence came out
"Madam the owner is not there and I can't say prices by phone, goodbye and closed!
So I strongly advise you to first of all have more ways to answer the customer because you do not know who can be behind the handset and respect is the first thing !!!
Then if your price list is a secret you change jobs, the customer has every right if he is unable to come and call and you always give explanations if you are a business in good standing! And with this I wish you a good day too, dear lady
