★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono capitato ieri, perché ero di passaggio in questo posto, che definire farmacia e' quantomai improprio. Non essendo più giovane sono stato innumerevoli volte nelle farmacie degne di questo nome, sia nel nostro paese che all' estero. In breve, ieri sono rimasto in coda fuori da questo esercizio circa un quarto d'ora, in questo lasso di tempo solo 1 persona è stata servita, perché delle 3 postazioni disponibili, nella prima c'era un commesso che è stato sempre al cellulare, e le altre 4 commesse giravano su e giù, senza degnare di uno sguardo le persone in coda che nel frattempo molte avevamo abbandonato. Quando sono arrivato al servizio ho sentito il dovere di dimostrare il mio disappunto a tal proposito posso garantire che solo il mio buonsenso ha evitato un episodio ancora peggiore, la loro reazione è stata quantomai deplorevole e nella pattispecie quella del signore che si è definito responsabile.

In short, yesterday I remained in the queue outside this shop for about a quarter of an hour, in this time frame only 1 person was served, because of the 3 available positions, in the first there was a salesman who was always on his cell phone , and the other 4 orders turned up and down, without deigning to look at the people in the queue that many had abandoned in the meantime. When I arrived at the service I felt the duty to show my disappointment in this regard I can guarantee that only my common sense has avoided an even worse episode, their reaction was most deplorable and in this case that of the gentleman who defined himself responsible.
