Sabato 13 febbraio 2021, mi sono recata nel punto vendita di Via Lagrange 35 a Torino, per cercare un regalo, sono stata servita con serietà e professionalità dalla signora Antonella. Peccato che lunedì mi sono recata nuovamente in negozio, per cambiare il regalo, perchè la taglia era troppo grande e sono stata servita da un commesso di nome Igor, che crede di essere furbo ma non lo è affatto, visto che ho capito perfettamente che si stava scocciando, parlava con la collega la telefono in magazzino chiedendole la disponibilità delle taglie .... e tra di loro si sono detti qualcosa sul fatto che non trovavo nulla e questo alla seconda maglietta che mi ha proposto.... certe persone non meriterebbero un posto di lavoro così, per la cattiva accoglienza oltre alla notevole maleducazione e scarsa professionalità. Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio. Too bad we can not leave any stars, because as far as I am about to write, the stars should remain at zero. Saturday 13 February 2021, I went to the store in Via Lagrange 35 in Turin, to look for a gift, I was served with seriousness and professionalism by Mrs. Antonella. Too bad that on Monday I went to the shop again, to change the gift, because the size was too big and I was served by a salesman named Igor, who thinks he is smart but he is not at all, since I perfectly understood that yes she was annoying, she talked to her colleague on the phone in the warehouse asking her for the availability of sizes ... and they said something to each other about the fact that I could not find anything and this to the second shirt that he proposed to me .... some people they deserve a job like that, for the bad reception as well as the notable rudeness and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against this shop.

I made purchases for my grandson and came back for a change and they assisted me by following me in the choice to be made with great professionalism, nothing to complain about the orders.

Quando andate a vedere il prodotto,faccio qualche foto per mio fratello la scelta e l'acquisto dopo (il negozio vende modelli maschili, pochissimi modelli femminili). Stavo cercando, ma il venditore mi ha cacciato e ha detto che se non lo compro, esci e lascia che qualcun altro lo compri (sono entrato nel negozio solo 5 minuti). Questo è ridicolo e maleducato! ! ! Non so se va bene, come acquistare? When you go to see the product, I take some pictures for my brother to choose and purchase after (the shop sells male models, very few female models). I was looking, but the seller kicked me out and said if I don't buy it, go out and let someone else buy it (I only walked into the store 5 minutes). This is ridiculous and rude! ! ! I don't know if it's okay, how to buy? Please double check the attitude of the staff
G	Giuseppe Ettore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un ventennale cliente della Boutique Lacoste di Torino, ma ad una richiesta di assistenza post vendita per prodotto non conforme a causa di una non appropriata consulenza in merito alla taglia da acquistare, sono stato trattato senza alcun riguardo per la fiducia riposta nel brand. Il 'Benvenuto' con il quale si è accolti arrivando in negozio, si dimostra quindi non realistico, in quanto all'insorgere di un problema non c'è stata volontà di risoluzione dello stesso e la commessa che ha gestito il mio reclamo era alquanto indispettita nel farlo. Inutile dire che dopo questa pessima esperienza mi hanno perso come cliente, ma evidentemente a loro non interessa la fidelizzazione. I am a twenty-year-old customer of the Lacoste Boutique in Turin, but to a request for after-sales assistance for a non-compliant product due to inappropriate advice on the size to buy, I was treated without any regard for the trust placed in the brand. The 'Welcome' with which one is greeted upon arriving in the shop, therefore proves unrealistic, as at the onset of a problem there was no desire to resolve it and the saleswoman who handled my complaint was somewhat annoyed in doing so. It goes without saying that after this bad experience they lost me as a customer, but obviously they don't care about loyalty.
M	Marko Dosljak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the place with intention to buy sneekers. I bought them. I love them, they are grate :) The service was excellent. They guy working there speaks Russian (because he is from there ?), so we chatted in multiple languages. My girl also bought really nice pair of sunglasses, so it was a full treat :) Since we spent more than 150eur we became eligible for tax refund (which we didnt know), and the guy was nice enough to fill in the form. But he made a mistake. He put a number of my ID instead of my pasport, not knowing that this will not pass. The lady at the airport explained that this goea only for Swiss citizens and nobody else (?!?!?!). Anyway, a word of advice to all of you going for this and for the people in the store that only passport goes in the application. Luckely, I will still return within 3 months in order to take my cash back ?
