Dopo più di sei mesi dal lavoro eseguito presso Lacio Drom S. Giovanni in persiceto posso dire che la qualità dei prodotti usati è molto scadente. Per il resto i casi sono due, lavoro eseguito troppo in fretta o incapacità nell'esecuzione... VALUTATE BENE PRIMA DI AFFIDARGLI IL LAVORO, SOPRATTUTTO SE VI MANDA L'ASSICURAZIONE! Buona fortuna!

After more than six months from the work performed at Lacio Drom S. Giovanni in Persiceto I can say that the quality of the products used is very poor. For the rest there are two cases, work done too quickly or incompetence in the performance ... VALUED WELL BEFORE GIVEN WORK WORK, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEND INSURANCE! Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è solo carrozzeria, ma anche assistenza vetri auto e gommista.
Mi sono recato appunto per un intervento da gommista. Debbo precisare che pochi gommisti gradiscono effettuare il montaggio di gomme acquistate "in rete" presso un famoso sito, loro lo fanno.
La mia personale opinione é che chi fornisce questo servizio, lo fa per farsi conoscere nell'ambiente, quindi di solito non si tratta di professionisti molto affermati, spesso debbono fare esperienza, e quanto é successo oggi lo colloco in questo settore. 90 minuti per cambiare 4 gomme su 4 cerchi dati smontati dalla macchina, smontare le quattro ruote con cui sono arrivato lì e metterle nel baule e montare sulla macchina le 4 ruote con gomme nuove. Le uniche 2 difficoltà, in tutto questo, erano smontare i 4 bulloni antifurto (1 per ruota) e mettere sulle ruote da montare dei bulloni particolari che ho fornito, ovviamente rimontando i bulloni antifurto.
I bulloni antifurto però non sono stati rimontati, e quando l'ho fatto io, ho scoperto che si sono impegnati molto a fare casini; nella posteriore sx i bulloni erano stretti a neanche 60 kn e ho dovuto sollevare l'auto, allentare tutti i bulloni di tutte le ruote, perché quel tipo particolare di cerchio necessita di fare la centratura foro (ed i bulloni antifurto, oltre allo scopo per cui sono stati costruiti, dovevano servire da centratore foro, prima di stringere). Totale tempo lavoro, 35 minuti.
Invece di tenere il cliente in sala di attesa per non fare vedere cosa si sta combinando, avessero chiesto a me delucidazioni, non avrei fatto una recensione così negativa. Nella vita e nel lavoro, sincerità e modestia aprono molte strade, le apparenze possono ammaliare qualcuno, ma indisporre altri.

My personal opinion is that those who provide this service do so to make themselves known in the environment, so usually they are not very well-established professionals, they often have to gain experience, and what has happened today places it in this sector. 90 minutes to change 4 tires on 4 rims disassembled from the machine, disassemble the four wheels with which I arrived there and put them in the trunk and mount the 4 wheels with new tires on the car. The only 2 difficulties, in all this, were to dismantle the 4 anti-theft bolts (1 per wheel) and put on the wheels to be mounted some special bolts that I provided, obviously reassembling the anti-theft bolts.
The anti-theft bolts, however, were not reassembled, and when I did it, I discovered that they worked hard to make trouble; the back left the bolts were tight even at 60 kn and I had to lift the car, loosen the bolts of all wheels, because that particular type of rim needs to make the hole centering (and anti-theft bolts, as well as the purpose for they were built, they had to serve as a centering hole, before tightening). Total work time, 35 minutes.
Instead of keeping the customer in the waiting room so as not to see what you are up to, they asked me for clarification, I would not have done such a negative review. In life and in work, sincerity and modesty open many roads, appearances can charm someone, but others are annoying.
