★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare e da cancellare presso questa officina! Consigliatami da un conoscente, chiamo e chiedo di prenotare un tagliando al veicolo. Cambio olio e filtri ad un veicolo di media cilindrata (1600 cc) ha avuto il coraggio di chiedere un prezzo maggiore di un'officina autorizzata BMW/Mini! Avrebbe dovuto cambiare anche i freni e, dopo aver indicato dettagliatamente dove fosse ubicata la chiave per smontare cerchi e pneumatici, mi hanno chiamato tre/quattro volte, asserendo che la chiave non ci fosse! Imbarazzante che un autofficina meccanica non sappia dove sia ubicata una chiave universale e, ancora peggio, non trovarla nonostante le indicazioni del proprietario. Alla fine hanno fatto solo il cambio olio ed il cambio filtri, addebitando due ore di mano d'opera (media mercato 1 ora e 20 minuti) e facendosi pagare i ricambi a peso d'oro rispetto alla media del mercato. Sicuramente lontani dai valori di onestà e competenze professionali...... Da sconsigliare nella maniera più assoluta!
Experience to forget and to cancel at this workshop! Recommended by an acquaintance, I call and ask to book a service on the vehicle. Changing the oil and filters of a medium-sized vehicle (1600 cc) had the courage to ask for a higher price than an authorized BMW / Mini workshop! He would also have to change the brakes and, after having indicated in detail where the key was to remove the rims and tires, they called me three / four times, claiming that the key was not there! It is embarrassing that a mechanical workshop does not know where a universal key is located and, even worse, not to find it despite the indications of the owner. In the end they only made the oil change and the filter change, charging two hours of labor (market average 1 hour and 20 minutes) and charging for the spare parts at a golden weight compared to the market average. Certainly far from the values of honesty and professional skills ... To be absolutely discouraged!
