Grazie a Lorenzo e ai suoi colleghi che con passione ci hanno guidato nel percorso. Nothing comes from Olivetti, but a group of enthusiasts still tries to preserve the history of this historic company through its products. Thanks to Lorenzo and his colleagues who have guided us along the path with passion.

Il laboratorio museo tecnologicamente di Ivrea ha un valore inestimabile...E' un'eccellenza italiana che si sostiene con la passione e la forza di chi ha vissuto quegli anni di vera rivoluzione e che sa di farne parte. Un immenso grazie a tutti, soprattutto alla nostra guida Giuseppe Silmo, penna del Notiziario delle spille d'oro Olivetti, venditore di quelle macchine ai tempi d'oro, ma anche di conoscenza. Un abbraccio a tutti e grazie, immensamente grazie, a voi volontari che preservate la nostra storia. Meritereste un grattacielo, solo per contenere la vostra passione che si respira e che ci ha accompagnato piacevolmente in tutta la nostra visita. Così come la lettera 22 ha tanto risalto al Moma a New York, così poco ne ha nel nostro Belpaese. Complimenti! The path is particularly interesting, it is striking the passion of the two young guides in explaining and involving the visitor in understanding the thought of Adriano Olivetti, but also the technique of the evolution of typewriters and calculators. Io ho studiato a scuola e lavorato anche su alcune di quelle macchine che emozione ritoccae quei tasti..... Il museo-laboratorio è un posto magico, ti porta indietro nel tempo, ti fa pensare e anche venire la voglia di imparare imparare imparare e migliorare sempre di più la nostra realtà. I ragazzi del servizio civile sono il perfetto esempio, hanno una passione incredibile, hanno allestito anche, ricercano e studiano da soli il funzionamento delle varie macchine e trasmettono a noi tutto quello che hanno conosciuto, emozionandosi e con orgoglio. Dovrebbero andare tanto bambini e ragazzi per sognare e vedere che si può realizzare quello che desideriamo. I came from Rome to see what was a great Italian reality. I studied at school and also worked on some of those machines that emotionally touches up those keys ..... The museum-laboratory is a magical place, it takes you back in time, it makes you think and also make you want to learn learn learn and improve our reality more and more. The civil service boys are the perfect example, they have an incredible passion, they have also set up, research and study by themselves the functioning of the various machines and transmit to us everything they have known, getting excited and with pride. Vedere dei ragazzi volontari che con competenza, passione e disponibilità continuano a portare avanti il suo sogno è un balsamo per il cuore. Grazie a Lorenzo ed ai suoi Colleghi. PS: battere sui tasti di una macchina da scrivere non ha prezzo. Premise: for me Adriano Olivetti is the greatest entrepreneur of the 20th century. Not Italian, world-wide. M	Marco Faa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo museo sono esposte alcune delle prime macchine da scrivere meccaniche, elettromeccaniche ed elettroniche prodotte da Olivetti. Sono poi esposte anche le prime macchine da calcolo meccaniche ed elettromeccaniche con e senza stampante e infine i primi elaboratori elettronici, gli antenati degli attuali computer. Esperienza molto bella, resa speciale dalle spiegazioni di una guida molto simpatica e preparata! This museum exhibits some of the first mechanical, electromechanical and electronic typewriters produced by Olivetti. The first mechanical and electromechanical computing machines with and without printers are also exhibited, and finally the first electronic processors, the ancestors of today's computers. Very nice experience, made special by the explanations of a very nice and prepared guide!
