Servizio molto pessimo e assistenza scadente.
Mandato obiettivo in assistenza nital in garanzia. Mi ha fatto pagare le spese di spedizione quando non sono dovute perchè la nital parla chiaro: se si manda in assistenza tramite negoziante e l'obiettivo è in garanzia non c'è nessuna spesa. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi ha risposto che il suo tempo si paga, per preparare il pacco e carte varie. Se per pacco si intende un sacco di plastica senza nessuna protezione questo signore non sa cosa vuol dire fare un pacco. Poi dicendomi che non essendo suo cliente dovevo comunque pagare la spedizione perché lui paga le tasse sul negozio!!! Ma questo signore cosa ne sa se l'obiettivo l'ho comprato oppure mi è stato regalato?? Sentirò la nital lunedì e vediamo. Comunque se non sei capace di tenerti i clienti non puoi spillare dei soldi ad altri perché nel mio caso mi è sembrato un furto. Sicuramente non ci metterò più piede in questo negozio.

If a package means a plastic bag without any protection, this gentleman does not know what it means to make a package. Then telling me that not being his client I still had to pay the shipping because he pays the taxes on the store !!! But what does this gentleman know if the lens I bought it or was it given to me? I'll hear the nital on Monday and see. However, if you are not able to keep the customers, you cannot draw money from others because in my case it seemed like a theft. I will certainly never set foot in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raramente di questi tempi si possono incontrare professionisti che quanto ti consigliano ci mettono il cuore e la passione. L'acquisto diventa quasi marginale e hai l'impressione di parlare con un amico che si dedica a te. Nulla in contrario ai mega centri acquisti dove trovi tutto e di più, modello bazar, qui l'argomento è uno solo è come andare dallo specialista del settore. Consigliatissimo per chi esige la qualità del servizio, l'assortimento e un prezzo corretto ... qualche volta anche inferiore alle aspettative. Vere occasIoni sul'usato garantito e revisionato.

Il titolare del negozio e' la persona piu' arrogante e maleducata che abbia mai conosciuto. Oltretutto con un senso dell'umorismo poco divertente. Oggi ad esempio, invece di chiedermi cortesemente di cosa avevo bisogno, mi ha chiesto se sono entrata in negozio per chiedergli dei soldi, dandomi praticamente della mendicante.
Ogni volta che esco da questo negozio per una ragione o l'altra mi sento in qualche modo offesa dal titolare, e sembra che avere dei clienti per lui sia semplicemente un occasione per gonfiare il suo ego.
Purtroppo ci sono poche opzioni a Bassano del grappa,.. ma veramente preferirei togliermi un dente che dare dei soldi a quel personaggio.

The shop owner is the most arrogant and rude person I've ever met. Plus with a little funny sense of humor. Today, for example, instead of politely asking me what I needed, he asked me if I went into the shop to ask him for money, practically giving me a beggar.
Every time I leave this shop for one reason or another I feel somewhat offended by the owner, and it seems that having customers for him is simply an opportunity to inflate his ego.
Unfortunately there are few options in Bassano del grappa, .. but I would really prefer to take off a tooth than to give money to that character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per stampare le foto dovevo venire 6 volte.Prima perche titolare non riusciva aprire mail seconda volta foto non erano pronte terza volta finito rullo .alcune dovevo ristampare(qualita bassa tante foto troppo scure da buttare)allora di nuovo venire non stampato perche non stampato .Allora vengo di nuovo.Ultima volta ...Finita la pazienza Mai piu
To print the photos I had to come 6 times First because the owner could not open the mail second time photos were not ready third time finished roll some I had to reprint (low quality many photos too dark to throw away) then again come unprinted because not printed. Then I come again. Last time ... End of patience Never again

The owner very helpful but you can not contact him by phone great problem ..... you can not even find an e-mail address to write to her, this is terrible. !!
