★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sconsigliare fortemente: ieri permetteva di prenotare un tampone per oggi, con tanto di mail di conferma di avvenuta prenotazione; nel corso della giornata i vari orari disponibili sono diminuiti invece la sorpresa stamattina di fronte al laboratorio chiuso!!!!!In un momento delicato come questo un minimo di serietà sarebbe stata ben gradita,quanto meno aggiornare il sito aggiungendo le date di chiusura,così evitano di perdere del tempo a prenotare!!!
 To be strongly discouraged: yesterday it allowed you to book a tampon for today, complete with an email confirming the booking; during the day the various times available decreased instead the surprise this morning in front of the closed laboratory !!!!! In a delicate moment like this a minimum of seriousness would have been well appreciated, at least update the site by adding the closing dates, so they avoid wasting time booking !!!

Ho trovato professionalità e gentilezza, in poco tempo ho effettuato tutti gli esami senza dover aspettare tanto. Consigliato!
I entrusted myself to the San Modestino analysis laboratory for a checkup, following the instructions of my dermatologist to treat urticaria. I made a general screening with various tests to check the good function of the pancreas and liver.
I found professionalism and kindness, in no time I performed all the examinations without having to wait so long. Recommended!

Adesso o non rispondono al telefono, o hanno il telefono fuori posto, o ti mettono in attesa infinita (e questa è la cosa più fastidiosa perché rimani al telefono con la speranza che la linea si liberi) e quando sei fortunato che rispondono, sono molto scortesi e hanno anche messo giù la cornetta mentre stavo facendo una semplice domanda: la "gentile" signorina mi ha detto spazientita e infastidita "ARRIVEDERCI" e ha chiuso. Una cosa è certa, la cortesia non c'è più, neanche per ascoltare una semplice domanda. Scrivo questa recensione dopo un bel pò di volte che ho richiesto una semplice attenzione.
Possono avere pure i certificati di qualità, ma se conservano solo le recensioni positive non serve a nulla per un miglioramento aziendale.
First there was courtesy and kindness. Now either they don't answer the phone, or they have the phone out of place, or they put you on endless hold (and this is the most annoying thing because you stay on the phone with the hope that the line will free) and when you are lucky they answer, they are very rude and they even put down the phone while I was asking a simple question: the "nice" lady said to me impatiently and annoyed "GOODBYE" and closed. One thing is certain, courtesy is gone, not even to hear a simple question. I write this review after quite a few times requiring simple attention.
They may have quality certificates as well, but if they only keep the positive reviews it is useless for business improvement.

Ma non sono più voluta andare perché la scortesia della donna che mi ha fatto il prelievo mi ha messo a disagio. Risposte a monosillabi su qualunque domanda, modi che definire bruschi è riduttivo. Nessun saluto. Capisco che possano esserci giornate no però un sorriso non costa nulla e la cortesia specie per chi svolge questo lavoro deve venire prima di tutto
They are very fast, the results are available online and this is very convenient. But I didn't want to go anymore because the rudeness of the woman who gave me the blood sample made me uneasy. Monosyllable answers on any question, ways that define abrupt is an understatement. No greeting. I understand that there may be bad days but a smile costs nothing and courtesy, especially for those who carry out this work, must come first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful clinic. Have gone there multiple times for my routine blood tests. Just finished another one today. Also COVID-19 tests too. Easy to find parking. Staff was very polite. For my battery of blood tests costed me in euros 62.15. I have very small veins that were damaged during intravenous procedures for chronic pain and chronic migraines, and they hit my vein 100% every time with no pain ?
