★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco spesso in questa struttura perche sono Bravi, veloci ed efficienti. Unica pecca la segreteria, soprattutto la segretaria dello sportello 2! Diverse volte l'ho sentita fare battutine poco carine sotto voce (non così tanto sottovoce evidentemente) nei confronti dei clienti, a me ė toccato "ma ci ė o ci fa?" Solo perché probabilmente non sentivo bene ciò che diceva dato il plexiglass e le mascherine. Dopodiché ha pensato bene di alzarsi chiedendomi scusa, assentarsi 1 minuto e tornare con la bocca piena (nonostante la maschera si vedeva bene che masticava qualcosa di grosso). Detto ciò, aggiungo un complimento per la
simpaticissima infermiera, è bravissima!
 I often go to this facility because they are good, fast and efficient. The only flaw is the secretariat, especially the secretary of counter 2! Several times I heard her making little cute jokes under her breath (not so much in a whisper obviously) towards customers, it was my turn "but is it or is she doing it?" Only because I probably didn't hear what he was saying very well given the plexiglass and the masks. Then he thought it best to get up and apologize, leave for 1 minute and come back with his mouth full (despite the mask it was clear that he was chewing something big). very nice nurse, she is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio analisi dove non aspetti tanto e paghi più o meno come USL. Gentilezza e praticità..... Si vede che è una struttura privata. Da 40 anni sulla piazza di fe.... Ci sarà pure un motivo. Bravi!!!!

Non commento sugli altri esami che conducono, dei quali non ho usufruito, ma l'esperienza di questa mattina è stata frustrante.

Servizio pessimo, non tanto quello delle infermiere che comunque sono state disponibili, quanto piuttosto quello dell’impiegata dell’accettazione. Arrogante, non ha minimamente considerato le mie esigenze e nemmeno mi ha dato il codice per l’esito degli esami così ho dovuto aspettare più giorni. Assolutamente delusa.

Bad service, not so much that of the nurses who were available in any case, but rather that of the reception clerk. Arrogant, he didn't consider my needs in the least and didn't even give me the code for the results of the exams so I had to wait several days. Absolutely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito verso Cento ma vado sempre al Laboratorio Analisi Pasteur perché sono bravi e veloci. Sono andata spesso a fare analisi per la gravidanza in pieno Covid ed erano perfettamente organizzati per mantenere il distanziamento sociale e le norme di contenimento. Vale la pena spostarsi per andare lì.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio che frequento da diverso tempo. Staff molto gentile, misure -anti-virus efficiente. Rapidi nella risposta delle analisi solo dopo 2/3 ore di ha gia il risultato. Senza fare code lunghe come di solito succede nei vari centri che ho avuto modo di servirmi.
