The whole family has come to this center for decades and they are courteous, professional and helpful. Never had any problems.

Aspetto un'ora l infermiere che doveva venire a casa per il prelievo! Mi reco in sede chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che non sanno niente e non hanno ne visto e ne sentito Ciro (l infermiere) insomma se voglio fare il prelievo devo aspettare le 5 persone che sono li prima di me! Morale innervosita esco e vedo il famoso Ciro fuori al laboratorio a prendere il caffè con tutta calma. La gente la mattina va di fretta perché al contrario di qualcun altro lavora! Incompetenti strafottenti e molto poco seri! Sconsigliatissimo ci sono tanti centri andate altrove.

I wait an hour for the nurse who had to come home for the collection! I go to the office asking for explanations and they tell me that they know nothing and have not seen or heard Ciro (the nurse) in short, if I want to take the sample I have to wait for the 5 people who are there before me! Morale nervous and I go out and I see the famous Ciro outside the laboratory to take coffee calmly. People are in a hurry in the morning because unlike someone else they work! Incompetent arrogant and very little serious! Not recommended there are many centers go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora alla reception con i capelli corti e' incompetente e scortese , se non si ha voglia di lavorare in pubblico puo' benissimo starsene a casa .
The lady at the reception with short hair is incompetent and rude, if you don't want to work in public you can stay at home.
