Il centro, anche se molto piccolo, è ben organizzato, pulito e ben gestito. 5 stelle sono poche, se potessi darne di più lo farei I have done blood tests to my children aged 5 and 2, all the staff was very kind, they pampered and spoiled my children with everything that showed no signs of fear or pain. SonO veloci ed al contempo si prendono cura del cliente non "liquidandolo" subito, grazie alla possibilità di più poltrone e salette per il prelievo.potrebbe migliorare il personale all'accettazione sorridendo un po' e prestando più attenzione al cliente.che hanno avanti. Per niente efficienti e tecnologici in un periodo come questo di emergenza sanitaria, ho chiesto l'invio dei referti via mail e mi hanno risposto, quasi sbuffando, che non è possibile ma che avrei potuto scaricarli dal sito con le credenziali personali. Ebbene da sabato 10 che ho fatto il prelievo, ad oggi non è ancora presente il referto nell'era dedicata. Con le decartificazione e le precauzioni covid, devo dire un servizio di vera eccellenza far fare assembramento in sede anche per ritirare un semplice risultato. Per non parlare poi della presunzione degli addetti ai prelevi. Sicuramente da non consigliare I must say ... Mi reco sul posto e scopro che c'è bisogno di non so cosa del medico curante. Ovviamente mi chiedo e chiedo loro perchè non mi è stata fornita l'informazione al telefono dal signore " infastidito ". Tentano di farmi comunque il tampone, prendere i soldi e poi, dicono, che devo far pervenire la non so cosa del medico curante; in mancanza non mi darebbero il risultato dell'esame. Problemi anche quando chiedo di ricevere il risultato on-line. Ho la prontezza di dire che non amo i sospesi e torno solo quando sono sicuro di essere in possesso del fatidico documento del medico curante. In tutta onestà non credo proprio che ci ritornerò!!!! Chiedo alla commessa i tempi poiché mi serviva il risultato in giornata, lei mi garantisce che entro le 13:00 sul portale potevo visionare l'esito del tampone. Entro nella sala per effettuare il tampone e mi accoglie un medico (?), che mi effettua il tampone in un modo rapidissimo e indolore ( garantisco che fino ad oggi ho effettuato 5 tamponi e sono stati tutti fastidiosi poiché chi lo effettuava andava a fondo), quasi come se mi stese facendo un piacere. Morale della favola: sono le 17:00 del tampone nessuna traccia, tutto per incassare 25€ e mandarmi a quel paese. La sanità pubblica a Napoli è ridicola, ma anche quella privata.
