C	Carlo Morelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che faccio dei prelievi di sangue in vita mia. Arrivo alle 7, solo 4 persone prima di me. All'accoglienza mi dicono che l'infermiere mi chiamerà col mio numero ed invece si affaccia ed ogni volta dice solo "il prossimo". Entro per fare il prelievo alle 7:44. Una prima infermiera non riesce a prendermi la vena, arriva un secondo infermiere e mi fa cambiare braccio. Finalmente riescono a riempire le provette di sangue. Mi medicano il secondo braccio con garza e SCOTCH CARTA e mi dicono di andare. Chiedo di medicarmi anche il primo braccio visto che comunque il buco era stato fatto. Mentre fanno il prelievo parlano tra di loro. Le ragazze all'accoglienza sono continuamente interrotte e disturbate da gente (infermieri o amici) che entra ed esce dal laboratorio, tant'é che, ad un certo punto, non sanno piú quale numero chiamare, visto che lo schermo con i numeri é spento. Insomma niente di sconvolgente al sud Italia ma ormai siamo nel 2020 e questo é un laboratorio privato. Zero organizzazione e zero professionalità. Sconsiglio. Persona che non conosco neanche di vista, con una grande curiosità sulla mia vita privata. Se questo tale, non riuscisse a non fare domande a raffica alla gente a cui fà i prelievi, con tanto di commenti, consiglio di astenersi almeno da questi. Io ho risposto in maniera molto limitata al suo "interrogatorio". Più di un "sì e no" non ho risposto. Tra l'altro, non ricordo come sia uscito il discorso, gli ho pure detto che mesi fa ebbi il Coronavirus, che mi ha destabilizzato lasciandomi qualche segno, e lui con sufficienza mi ha detto che ciò, è ormai passato. Delicatezza proprio ad alto livello... E se io fossi stato in rianimazione? E se io avessi vissuto un decesso in famiglia? Come ho gia' detto a questo addetto, la superficialità è molto facile quando non si conosce qualcuno... Diceva Fabrizio De Andrè "Si sa che la gente dà buoni consigli, se non può più dare cattivo esempio... " P.S. Prima di mettere a lavorare il personale, fategli fare pure un corso di educazione.
