Onesti, professionali, economici, rapidi, e soprattutto molto disponibili fin da subito. A confronto con diversi laboratori di Latina, è stato l'unico ad essere corretto in merito a dei dettagli per delle analisi specifiche, in base ai quali differiva il costo totale. Non solo, è stato anche quello più economico!

Honest, professional, cheap, quick, and above all very available immediately. In comparison with several laboratories in Latina, it was the only one to be correct about details for specific analyzes, on the basis of which the total cost differed. Not only that, it was also the cheapest one!

Ho prenotato un tampone molecolare su internet, confermato e pagato ma quando sono arrivata all'orario stabilito mi è stato detto che l'appuntamento era stato DISDETTO: SENZA NESSUN PREAVVISO. Mi sono trovata a dover cercare un altro centro che mi facesse d'urgenza un tampone molecolare e che mi desse i risultati in tempo per tornare a lavoro Martedì. ORRIBILE!
HORRIBLE. I booked a molecular swab on the internet, confirmed and paid for but when I arrived at the appointed time I was told that the appointment had been CANCELED: WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I found myself having to find another center that would urgently get me a molecular swab and give me the results in time to get back to work on Tuesday. HORRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incomplete e Fallaci informazioni! Una volta “catturata la preda”(paziente) non rispondono più al telefono ? Per un referto e persino per un tampone rapido non ti danno risposta nemmeno dopo 24 ore anche se ti assicurano falsamente che un sms ti darà conferma dell’esito entro mezz’ora ?malgrado i solleciti se ne fregano altamente! Colpa mia perché mi avevano avvisata dell’inaffidabilità e della scortesia e freddezza del personale! Sconsigliato al 100%
Incomplete and Fallacious information! Once "captured the prey" (patient) they no longer answer the phone ? For a report and even a quick swab they do not give you an answer even after 24 hours even if they falsely assure you that a text message will confirm the outcome within half ' now, despite the reminders, they don't give a damn! My fault because they warned me of the unreliability and the rudeness and coldness of the staff! 100% not recommended
