Lei è positivo cioè roba da pazzi ma come vi permettete a dare queste informazioni personali così Bad service they never answer the phone and worst thing while you wait outside the result of the tampon the employee comes out and calls you and says aloud Mr. She is positive that is crazy stuff but how dare you give this personal information like that

Mancanza di personale, purtroppo adesso è il loro momento...sicuramente con un po' più di sensibilità i prezzi sarebbero potuti essere più bassi. Bad service, no one answers the phone, gatherings of people who use different services (swabs, analyzes, collection of reports). Lack of staff, unfortunately now is their time ... surely with a little more sensitivity the prices could have been lower.

Chiamo due giorni prima per chiedere se è necessaria la prenotazione per un Antigenico di terza generazione, che dà risultati attendibili quanto un molecolare, ma al costo e alla velocità (nel ricevere il risultato) di un antigenico "normale". Mi viene detto che non è necessario, così mi reco questa mattina per effettuare il test. Alla reception mi vengono date risposte vaghe alla mia specifica richiesta di antigenico di terza generazione, tanto da insospettirmi. Entrato nella sala test, mi viene detto che mi verrà fatto un antigenico normale, perchè lo strumento che analizza quelli di terza generazione da 2 gg è sballato e dà "errore" come risultato (2 gg prima, quando avevo chiamato e mi avevano detto "venga, venga"). Alle mie proteste per non essere stato avvisato prima di pagare, mi viene proposto di farli entrambi. L'antigenico normale dà esito NEGATIVO, quello di terza generazione ERRORE. "Stia tranquillo, è negativo sicuro". Per scrupolo, e per rispetto delle persone che mi sono attorno, decido di farmi 50 km per andare in un altro laboratorio e fare un antigenico di terza generazione. Risultato? POSITIVO! E io mi sarei dovuto fidare di questi personaggi, che pur di vendere un tampone in più (come se non abbiano già fatto soldi a palate finora), mi nascondono un problema, mi appioppano un rapido con questa superficialità? Semplicemente SCHIFATO! SCANDALOS! And I should have trusted these characters, who in order to sell an extra tampon (as if they haven't already made a lot of money so far), hide a problem from me, give me a quick shot with this superficiality? Simply CRAPED!
P	Piergiorgio Gerardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional workers and polite way of treating their guests. I took a Corona test in there and the worker did a really good job, not bothersome at all! The only defect is that they don't always answer the call sometimes, so I advice you to go there.
