La fila si tiene vicino la sportello e la cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che siccome mi girava la testa mi sono seduto per aspettare il mio turno e l'ho perso. Mi hanno detto che dovevo stare li in piedi ad attendere. Personale molto disponibile ed efficente, a cominciare dall'accettazione, la cui addetta si è dimostrata sempre gentile e paziente, disponibile ad ogni chiarimento in caso di dubbi, per finire con il Dottore che effettua i prelievi, molto professionale, mette a proprio agio, molto capace soprattutto con i bambini. Per i paesi della provincia di Crotone non è sempre semplice raggiungere l'ospedale, soprattutto in caso di urgenze, ma questo laboratorio rappresenta sicuramente una valida alternativa, una piccola grande realtà e un importante punto di riferimento per Petilia e dintorni.
