Bad laboratory. Staff unavailable and not very competent in medicine. High prices. And inaccuracy in the reports. Racists towards foreigners. Not recommended.

Se i prezzi differiscono... magicamente potreste scoprire che no...non erano in convenzione come avevano detto. Si sono sbagliati. Before going to the laboratory for "convention" analyzes, check the price of the NHS for those analyzes under the agreement. If the prices differ ... magically you may find that no ... they weren't in agreement as they said. They were wrong.

Un centro all'avanguardia, pulito e con una struttura nuovisima (come nella sede precedente, se pur legrmente più datata, ma sempre moderna ed accogliente). Le dottoresse dei prelievi sono molto gentili e pazienti. Visite specialistiche fatte presso questa struttura, scrupolose e approfondite. Provare per credere....io lo consiglio vivamente. For years now, I have been using this center. They are very cordial, competent. An avant-garde center, clean and with a new structure (as in the previous site, albeit slightly more dated, but always modern and welcoming). The blood draw doctors are very kind and patient. Specialist visits made at this facility, scrupulous and in-depth. Seeing is believing .... I highly recommend it.

I referti on line puntualissimi. Complimenti. I am very satisfied with the experience in this center. The administrative staff is efficient and fast, the doctors very good at taking samples. The on-line reports very punctual. Well done.

La “dottoressa” sembrava essere fuori luogo. non credo sia adatta al prelievo, poiché , dopo aver trovato la vena, continuava a conficcare ago, aspirare ed iniettare…!!!!!! Le ho detto che non sentivo più il braccio e guardando la vena gonfissima ha capito che forse era il caso di smetterla e levare anche il laccio emostatico. Finalmente chiama aiuto e, in 3 secondi, l’altra dottoressa ha eseguito perfettamente il prelievo sull’altro braccio, mentre lei continuava a premere fortemente il cotone sul suo capolavoro! Se avessi avuto la propensione per il masochismo avrei gradito tantissimo, ma, ahimè, non è così! ho pagato solo per un servizio pessimo. Terrible experience! The "doctor" seemed to be out of place. If I had had the propensity for masochism I would have liked it very much, but alas, that's not the case! i only paid for bad service.

Un plauso al personale amministrativo: sempre chiare e professionali, ma soprattutto pazienti anche nelle giornate di massima affluenza come capitato a me, anche nei confronti delle persone che meno lo meritano. In my humble opinion, an excellent laboratory for analysis, with excellent health personnel and reports often available early. An applause to the administrative staff: always clear and professional, but above all patient even on the days of maximum turnout as happened to me, even towards the people who least deserve it.
