Non ti avvisano che i fondi regionali sono esauriti e che bisogna sborsare tutto di tasca propria, propongono altri esami da fare, oltre quelli prescritti nella ricetta, ti comunicano il prezzo assurdo solo dopo che hai fatto il prelievo e non puoi più cambiare idea e ciliegina sulla torta non ti avvisano in tempo di esami che non sono riusciti a fare. Quando ho chiamato per precisare che non hanno fatto alcuni analisi, non si è scusato nessuno...
