★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire contro il personale che sta li, stressato e lasciato solo a gestire migliaia di persone a loro volta stanche; ma come al solito l'organizzazione ai vertici è da animali da soma, gente al freddo all'esterno, pochissimo personale. Perchè non mettere delle transenne per la fila? perchè non creare delle tende coperte con dei funghi riscaldanti e sedie per le persone bisognose?
 Nothing to say against the staff who are there, stressed and left alone to manage thousands of people who are themselves tired; but as usual the organization at the top is made up of pack animals, people in the cold outside, very few staff. Why not put barriers in the queue? why not make tents covered with warming mushrooms and chairs for people in need?
