Vergognosi. This morning a fractional blood glucose test was performed, I was waiting for someone at home for the second sample but not seeing anyone I called; answer: ah maybe nobody can come tomorrow afternoon (but what a split it is in 2 days ...). Shameful.

Per il resto ho ricevuto due referti di tamponi domiciliari con codici fiscali errati ed inserimento di indirizzi diversi ed inventati anch'essi, seppur effettuati presso lo stesso domicilio che comunque non era stato richiesto come dato da comunicare. Mi era stata proposta la possibilità di ovviare al problema ripetendo il tampone, cui ovviamente avevo risposto affermativamente proprio per fugare dei dubbi più che leciti sulla veridicità del risultato, cui non è seguita NESSUNA risposta. Ho provato anche a chiamare più volte ed anche lì nessuna risposta. Una stella è anche troppo per il trattamento e per la poca affidabilità di esiti ad oggi importantissimi, in questo periodo di pandemia e che eseguiti presso la Fiera hanno dato esito inverso a quello ottenuto. Serietà e affidabilità per il paziente pari a zero, non mi rivolgerò MAI PIÙ a questo laboratorio! I give a star only for the courtesy and professionalism of the nurse, who obviously deserves more. For the rest I received two reports of home tampons with incorrect tax codes and the insertion of different and invented addresses too, albeit made at the same domicile which in any case had not been requested as data to be communicated. I had been offered the possibility of solving the problem by repeating the swab, to which I had obviously replied in the affirmative precisely to dispel more than legitimate doubts about the veracity of the result, which was not followed by NO response. I also tried to call several times and even there no answer. One star is also too much for the treatment and for the lack of reliability of results that are currently very important, in this period of pandemic and which, carried out at the Fair, have given the opposite result to that obtained. Seriousness and reliability for the patient equal to zero, I will NEVER turn to this laboratory AGAIN!
