★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graditissima sorpresa vegetariana e naturale. Mangiato ottime verdure cotte e torta salata vegetariana. Raro in un territorio dove la carne è sovrana. Aldo gentilissimo preparato e appassionato. Complimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo locale un paio di giorni fa e sono capitato per caso, perchè eravamo affamati e ci siamo imbattuti nella prima struttura che abbiamo trovato. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutte le persone non abituate a mangiare vegano di andare... portate molto scadenti e addirittura quasi non commestibili. Spiace per il proprietario, un signore molto educato e gentile, ma il cibo, se non si è abituati, non è assolutamente dei migliori.
I was in this place a couple of days ago and I happened by chance, because we were hungry and we came across the first structure we found. I strongly advise against all people not used to eating vegan to go ... very poor and even almost inedible dishes. Sorry for the owner, a very polite and kind gentleman, but the food, if you are not used to it, is by no means the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldo: un ragazzo gentile ed educato. La sua idea? Coraggiosa. In una città come Ascoli, povera di valide alternative e proposte, è da apprezzare e da provare la sua innovazione. Lo dico subito: se non siete abituati a mangiare vegano o macrobiotico non aspettatevi i soliti sapori. Ma il bello è proprio questo! Non volere sempre le solite cose (spesso scadenti). Certo: non tutto è perfetto ed alcuni aspetti sicuramente miglioreranno con il tempo, ma per ora il laboratorio Alimentare è da promuovere a pieni voti. Bravo Aldo
Aldo: a kind and polite guy. His idea? Courageous. In a city like Ascoli, poor in valid alternatives and proposals, its innovation is to be appreciated and tested. I say it right away: if you are not used to eating vegan or macrobiotic, do not expect the usual flavors. But that's the beauty of it! Don't always want the usual (often shoddy) things. Of course: not everything is perfect and some aspects will certainly improve over time, but for now the Food laboratory is to be promoted with flying colors. Bravo Aldo

At lunch it can be consumed on site or to take away.
Excellent desserts and pies, savory pies. Rice milk-based ice cream, sourdough bread from a local farm's wood-fired oven.
