S	Sergio Valoroso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulle prestazioni, ma è assolutamente impensabile che per comunicare telefonicamente con sole tre linee a disposizione uno deve stare continuamente attaccato al telefono parecchio tempo sperando di trovare risposta. Aggiungo: ottima la nuova sede, con un servizio eccezionale, fatte le analisi mattina di lunedì, l’esito è stato già disponibile sul web il pomeriggio dello stesso giorno! Unico appunto è sull’area esterna, completamente abbandonata, con sterpaglie alte nell’unica aiuola, sotto il muro di cinta e lungo tutto il marciapiede della struttura, peccato, perché alle prestazioni impeccabili fa da contrasto il pessimo impatto esterno. Nothing to say about performance, but it is absolutely unthinkable that in order to communicate by phone with only three lines available, one must be continuously attached to the phone for a long time hoping to find an answer. I would add: the new headquarters were excellent, with exceptional service, after the analysis on Monday morning, the results were already available on the web the afternoon of the same day!
