★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato delle cuffie wireless WH-1000XM3 da riparare in garanzia e se le sono tenute più di sei mesi, da April-Maggio a Dicembre. Non rilasciano ricevute e, tra l'altro, quanto la cuffia è stata finalmente riparata l'hanno consegnata alla persona sbagliata, ed hanno dovuto riordinare un altro modello. Completamente incompetenti.
I left WH-1000XM3 wireless headphones to be repaired under warranty and they were kept for more than six months, from April-May to December. They do not issue receipts and, among other things, when the headset was finally repaired, they delivered it to the wrong person, and they had to reorder another model. Completely incompetent.
