★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto la fila all'interno della struttura, il gestore dei clienti ci ha detto di uscire all'esterno per fare il tampone e il sierologico. Sempre aspettando un'altra fila, all'esterno riuscii a fare solo il tampone, poiché facevano solo quello, quindi, dopo che ho atteso un'altra fila all'interno per chiedere del sierologico, solo a quel punto mi disse il gestore che dovevo farlo dentro e non fuori l'edificio.
 After queuing inside the facility, the customer manager told us to go outside to do the swab and serology. Always waiting for another row, outside I was able to swab only, as they did only that, so, after I waited another row inside to ask for serological, only at that point did the manager tell me that I had to do it inside and not outside the building.
