Sono andata a fai un tampone rapido ,i risultati detti a voce ,non mi hanno mandato nulla per telefono, hanno diritto a mandarmi l'esito per telefono.
Li ho chiamati giorni dopo senza nessuna risposta,io capisco l'affluenza, oggi sono passati 7 giorni nessuna convocazione,mi spiace ma non è modo di lavorare questo.
Poi per di più a fare i tamponi davanti alla gente ,nessun gazebo ,la trovo una cosa assurda ,senza organizzazione ,siamo nel 2022 aggiornatevi.
P.s. mi scuso pensavo fosse lo stesso laboratorio , invece e il Biochimica ad Atena lucana. Sorry.
Very negative experience:
I went to do a quick swab, the results said verbally, they did not send me anything by phone, they have the right to send me the result by phone.
I called them days later without any response, I understand the turnout, today 7 days have passed no call-up, I'm sorry but this is no way to work.
Then, moreover, to swab in front of people, no gazebo, I find it absurd, without organization, we are in 2022, update yourself.
P.s. I apologize, I thought it was the same laboratory, instead, and the Biochemistry in Atena Lucana. Sorry.
