L	[email protected] Nicolamarino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il tampone rapido il 27/11/2020 e mi hanno detto che il pomeriggio stesso o al massimo il mattino seguente mi avrebbero inviato il referto tramite la mia mail invece niente vado stamattina al laboratorio ed è chiuso,caso vuole che domani e domenica e quindi non so se e normale aspettare tre giorni,nonostante abbia pagato già 2 giorni prima del prelievo scusate il mio sfogo ma in questo momento di paura ci vuole. (La scelta di effettuarne uno rapido è stata fatta proprio per avere un esito celere data la situazione grave) Ci dicono che avremmo avuto il risultato tramite mail il pomeriggio stesso. Dopo non aver ricevuto nulla , chiamo per sapere novità e mi dicono di passare dal centro per ritirarlo di persona se non voglio attendere ulteriormente (premesso che se fossi stata io il soggetto in questione non sarei potuta muovermi di casa e avrei aspettato invano un esito “rapido”). Passo dal centro dove vengo anche aggredita sul fatto che avevo richiesto un tampone RAPIDO!! Se avessi potuto aspettare avrei scelto un tampone molecolare e non rapido. Professionalità ZERO. In un periodo in cui c’è bisogno di sostegno e disponibilità, la maleducazione non è ammessa! Peccato dover mettere per forza una stella, perché ne avrei messe ZERO. Of a unique rudeness !!
