Se dovesse lasciarmi un altra volta la macchina a piedi in autostrada a Occhiobello piuttosto lascio la macchina e vado a piedi... Arrivata al deposito ACI il tipo con un arroganza non indifferente senza neanche vedere realmente il danno mi spara una cifra da capo giro .... Io gli dico di non verificare il guasto preferisco prendere una nuova.... Il giorno dopo organizzo il ritiro della mia macchina nella mia città .... Telefono alla labor dicendogli che presto farò a rientrare la macchina ... Da li iniziano i problemi lui ha già messo le mani sulla mia auto ( senza alcuna mia autorizzazione) per riavere la macchina devo pagare perché lui ci ha lavorato ... Terrifying experience with the type of the ACI workshop .... E poi dopo 100 metri ha problemi la pompa dicendomi che è il motore lo faccio controllare ed era la pompa, per legge dovrebbero garantire un minimo di garanzia. Consigliatissimo! Both the roadside assistance guys and the office staff are very professional and helpful. Excellent value for money. I had a great time! Highly recommended!

Mi hanno consegnato l'auto con un rumore che prima non aveva e per paura di dover pagare altri soldi ho preferito portarla altrove....c'era un pezzo che non avevano bloccato bene e vibrava. Purtroppo mi ero rivolta a loro tramite l'aci( guasto all'auto all"1.30 di notte). Mai mai mai piu!!! Very bad. Prices are exorbitant and without asking me they changed the license plate cover with their advertising .... they asked me I would have told them absolutely not. They gave me the car with a noise I didn't have before and for fear of having to pay more money, I preferred to take it somewhere else ... there was a piece that they hadn't blocked well and vibrated. Unfortunately I turned to them through the ACI (car breakdown at 1.30 am) Never ever again !!!

D	Davide Perleonardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo l’aci, e mi dicono che il prezzo al km è di 1.40€ con una maggiorazione del 20% (quindi 1.68€) nei giorni festivi, loro invece mi hanno fatto pagare 2.50€ al km, a buon rendere! I call ACI, and they tell me that the price per km is € 1.40 with a 20% surcharge (therefore € 1.68) on holidays, but they made me pay € 2.50 per km, a good return!
