Riguardo al laboratorio analisi ho trovato sempre disponibilità e cortesia, anche quando ho chiesto consulenza alle dottoresse interne per interpretazioni dei valori e consigli. I problemi che si possono creare a livello organizzativo nascono a mio avviso solamete a causa della conformazione degli spazi che in questo momento particolare di pandemia non sono adatti alla solita gestione della clientela, ma di certo non possono cambiare sede. Purtroppo invece ho osservato nell'attesa molta maleducazione da parte delle persone, pretenziosità, prepotenza e insofferenza portata da fuori e scaricata al momento giusto con la prima persona che ti capita davanti, che sia un cliente in attesa o la signora all'accettazione. L'unico consiglio alla direttrice tecnica e' quello di potenziare in questo periodo l'accettazione. Una sola postazione non basta in questo momento.
