★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente ho assaggiato i famosi Ravioli Scapolesi. Un formato di pasta che trova qui il miglior ristorante in cui degustarli.
I ravioli sono come i classici ravioli, un pó più grandi e con un ripieno misto di patate, orafi (spinaci selvatici di montagna), carne macinata, formaggio, uova ecc...
Buonissimi: li abbiamo mangiati con 3 condimenti durante il nostro Viaggio Fotografico alla ricerca del Molise più autentico. Con olio e parmigiano, con sugo di pomodorini, con sugo di ragù di costate di maiale.
Prima abbiamo gustato un eccellente e abbondante antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi locali.
Per concludere un bicchierino di genziana.
Prezzi modici e altissima qualità. Vino compreso 18,00 euro a persona
Finally I tasted the famous Ravioli Scapolesi. A pasta shape that finds here the best restaurant in which to taste them.
The ravioli are like the classic ravioli, a little bigger and with a mixed filling of potatoes, goldsmiths (wild mountain spinach), minced meat, cheese, eggs etc ...
Delicious: we ate them with 3 condiments during our Photographic Journey in search of the most authentic Molise. With oil and parmesan, with tomato sauce, with pork ribs ragù sauce.
First we enjoyed an excellent and abundant mixed antipasto of local cold cuts and cheeses.
To finish, a glass of gentian.
Moderate prices and very high quality. Wine included 18.00 euros per person

Peccato per il filetto di vitello che, imbevuto di olio, e servito su pietra lavica, ha continuato “a friggere” perdendo tutto i sapori. Anche del contorno. Tutto sommato accettabile.
We went there for my father-in-law's birthday. A nice, welcoming place.
Too bad for the veal fillet which, soaked in oil, and served on lava stone, continued to "fry" losing all flavors. Even the side dish. All in all acceptable.
